It looks like I've got permission to post now, which means that everybody does. SalaryMap - the TinyMCE window seems fine on full screen, but when you resize the window it stretches over the right column. Also - line breaks don't seem to be making it through on the comments (at least when I preview them).  Text formatting other than that seems fine. I dig the site design, though. Nice and clean. The camera is still in my car, but I'll post a pic from the meeting as soon as I grab it.
